my first entry

Right, this time I am going to try and keep up with this 'blogging' method of staying in touch. I have tried before and fell by the wayside.....here's hoping this time will be the successful time.
At the moment not too much is happening in my corner of the world except the weather is utterly gorgeous. I do so love living in the South of France, especially when I see lemons on my trees. One of my dreams has been to be able to go out into the garden and pick either lemons or oranges. So that dream has come true.
Ray has started a 'potagere' (vegetable patch) and we are now eating our own, honest to goodness, bio salads, spinach and soon to come lots more. Yummee...
The perlagoniums that we brought with us from England (one year ago) that I thought had died have suddening blossomed and are looking beautiful, thank you Lord. However my bouganvilliea (sp?) looks very very sad, I say it is dead, my hubby, ever the optimist says it is alive. We will see.
Sacha, the dog, has settled very well and is loving life in the sun. His favourite pastime is lying on the grass in the sun, until it gets too hot, then he goes in the shade, until he is cool, then off out into the sun again!! Did I say he is a lazy little dog????
Off to the dentist this afternoon so will post what horrible things he will do to me...no pain PLEASE....
Also I have started a new way of eating, which is called Chrono Nutrition and I am finding it excellent, much more energy, have lost cm's from my body which is what I want, so we will see i this continues.
Until the next tim

  1. Hi Lynne, I look forward to following your blog. I'll be in England on Wednesday for 2 weeks with Heather and family and wonder if/how/when/where we can get together with you. Let me know if you think we can work it out. Miss you, dear friend.

  5. Hello 'tudorgirl'! Welcome to the Blogosphere. Check out my blog. Hoping to see you while mom's here, but if not, I'm sure Jeff and I will be making a trip to France sometime this year. I can't wait for you to meet Asher. And Jeff for that matter.
